Fantasy Core RPG--Oriental Classes Intro
FANTASY CORE RPG

FANTASY CORE RPG ORIENTAL CLASSES
The Oriental classes would be unique to an Asian-like setting. Barbarians (limited to leather and hide armor), standard fighters (limited to medium armor and no shields), and thieves would also work as usual. This is not an historical representation of Medieval Asia any more than the European classes are. It's more based on typical fantasy RPG tropes and movies and TV shows.
The positives and negatives of these classes are a bit more extreme than the base classes. Fair warning.
Starting Gear
This is for a fairly generic setup featuring the characters as poor and just starting out.
Everyone: 5+1d10 GP, pack, 3 days rations, waterskin, 2 useful items
Samurai: Katana and Wakizashi
Ninja: Wakizashi or preferred weapon, 4 smoke bombs, 6 shuriken, bag of caltrops
Flying Warrior: Their preferred weapon
Ghost Hunter: Staff, sling, spell scrolls, parchment, brush and ink, pouch of various medicinal herbs.
Nomad Striker: Short sword, shield, short bow, 20 arrows
And just a little note, feel free to comment on anything that's been posted here. I didn't bring this stuff down from a mountain, chiseled in stone. It's all up for debate (or unrestrained praise).
