Description:
A human with a drop of Elvish blood from a Changeling somewhere in their family history. Half-sized, but they are otherwise normal people. Their natural stealth and dexterity make them ideal thieves, or as they prefer "Acquisitions Experts." They are great snipers.
Hit Die: d6
Prime Abilities: Dex, Con, Int
Sub-Prime Abilities: Str, Wis
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Burglars are proficient with some light weapons, such as dagger, sling, light crossbow, and shortbow. They are restricted from most human-sized melee weapons, such as short swords, maces, rapiers, staves, spears, etc. They are too long or too heavy for Halflings. Burglars are proficient with light armor (and magic Elven chain), but not with shields.
Standard Starting Gear: 5+1d10 GP, pack, 3 days rations, waterskin, 2 useful items, Thief tools, dagger, short bow, 20 arrow quiver.

Superior Ranged Attack: Use the second BAB value whenever a Burglar is making a ranged attack. A Burglar will do maximum damage on a Natural ranged attack hit. They also do not need to make a Called Shot to fire into melee.

Saving Throws: A Burglar never takes full damage from an attack (if applicable) from a failed save, only ½ damage. If a successful save gives ½ damage, the burglar takes no damage.
Infravision: Has the ability to see in the dark.
Fearless: Immune to fear based effects.
Nimble: Halflings gain a natural +2 to AC due to their size and agility.
Burglar Skills: The Burglar adds 1 + ½ level + ability bonuses to attempts.
(Int + Wis)/2: Detection (Traps, ambushes), Detection (Trapped items), Find (Secret doors and items)
(Dex + Int + Wis)/3: Stealth (Hiding, sneaking), Pick Locks, Escape Artist, Forgery, Pick Pockets, Disarm Traps
(Dex + Str)/2: Acrobatics (Balancing, jumping), Climb
(Cha + Wis)/2: Charm, Negotiate
