I think this was from a Fernando Ruiz comic. This character was of Indian descent and I can't remember her name. Her and her little brother were introduced as characters in Archie a few years back.
I think the one on the left is a background character from a Bob Montana strip. The one on the right may or may not be from an Archie comic. (Melody?)
