Money, Money, Money

I found these in little Manilla envelope addressed from General Mills with my name on them in Mom's stuff.  I mistakenly thought these were a cereal giveaway.  I showed them to dad and he said they were actually some money he'd accumulated while in the military serving in South Korea.  That explains the Military Payment Certificates and Korean note.    

Dad's not quite sure where the rest of these came from.  He might have got them while he was passing through Japan.  This one is from Indonesia.

These two are from Hong Kong.  I showed these to my co-worker, Mike.  He immediately remarked that he thought they might be valuable and started looking them up.  Indeed, a couple of these bills are.  When I handed them back to dad, he put them away in a safe place.  He might be looking to sell them to a collector.
