Postcards From the Edge: Mom's Family Cards 53

Union Station, Kansas City, Missouri.  According to the back, this building "has the largest and highest unsupported ceiling in the World."  It's postmarked 1958, so that may no longer be the case, but I'm sure it's still impressive.  The stamp marked the International Geophysical Year 1957-58, a new beginning of of international cooperation in scientific research.

"A Busy Saturday in Rogers, Arkansas."  This is not a vintage card, but has a cool old picture on it.  The postcard is from the Rogers Historical Museum.

Alpine Inn, Eureka Springs, Arkansas.  Not exactly luxury accommodations.
