Artifacts: Baby Cards 2

A lot of these baby cards are pretty classy.  There's actual lace and ribbon on some of these cards.  Was it the event or was it the time they were produced (1969)?  Unfortunately, these cards were glued into scrapbooks, so some have been a bit damaged when I removed them for scanning.
