On the left is a 50's Coke magazine ad. It was beyond my skill. Finally, a somewhat decent sketch of Yara. You can tell I was a big fan of
Joelle Jones' artwork of her.
Okay, here's why this sketchbook is called "
Ilya 2." I had bought another
Ilya Kuvshiov artbook for Christmas,
Momentary, and started sketching from it. These last three drawings are sketches from it. These aren't great, but they are a whole lot like how I'd like to draw all the time. It just doesn't happen for some reason.
